It's going to happen. They won't deserve it, and someone will get fukked, but Bama is an enormous draw, so the committee won't mind fukking someone like ASU over (or 2nd place B12 team, etc.). We all know they want IU the absolute fukk out of there, they're hoping Purdue beats them to make their job easy.

While I agree, it is pretty ass that IU has lost the only quality opponent on their schedule and will 100% be in they beat purdue, the literal worst team in the conference. Once in, they'll get a first round match up vs. Bama/Tenn/UGA/Texas and get absolutely smashed again.
I'm not buying anything IU football is selling besides having a really great year. They're not beating the top 5 teams of the SEC, they're not beating PSU, OSU or Oregon in the B1G either. Their biggest win was holding on for dear life vs. the worst michigan team since covid
