The hate between Texas and Texas A&M feels way stronger than Texas and Oklahoma imo. Biggest difference to me was Texas A&M was always looked down on/like a little brother (no shots). It wasn't until they went to the SEC and became their own man and said fucck Texas that I feel it really hit different. Especially with A&M having the Manziel years and being in the SEC being hot at fish grease at one point showing Texas they don't need them.THEE Rutgers University

we still don’t care about them we didn’t even when they moved into the sec. If you need anymore evidence mfs wanted to fire Mack because he kept losing to OU even tho he dominated Texas A&M. Remember that is the same dude that said Mizzou was our rival. Always weird to me when folks that are in no way invested in the program try and tell us better. OU is rival #1, this game is only receiving this hype and attention because of the stakes and because we haven't played in 10+ years. On a year to year basis the Red River game has always been bigger.

Yall JUST became good again last season after multiple failed coaches and trash ass seasons. A&M was a much hotter program than Texas from 2012-2022.
