He's legitimately phenomenal and he's not walking anybody.

I'd have to look back and see his prospect grades, but he was a highly regarded prospect arm coming up in the Cardinals system. I mean he did look ACE like when he first debuted then the wheels fell off. Maybe he's tapped back into it. Thanks in part to being on a club that doesn't have the pressure to win like the Cardinals during his run, and what the O's were expecting when they traded for him.
