Projections still have Ronald Acuna having a great season.
But it's worth noting that for his entire career, he's had a K rate around 26%
2023 seems like a fluke year where he only struck out 11.4% of the time. And he won the MVP.
Early in 2024, he's back up to 26.1%
To be clear, Acuna is still getting on base and hitting the ball hard -- just not as hard as last season. There is still a lot of baseball to be played and I'm curious to see how things end up.
So far Acuna, Judge and Carroll are off to slow starts after really good years.
