One thing I love about the longer distance events is seeing people being run down

It really is the best part of track watching someone getting run down .

US setting the WR in the mixed 400 in qualifying was probably the worst thing that could've happened to them. If they don't make that record they're more likely to make a sub. It's harder to make a change when you break all the records.
