All red states, and I mean ALL of them are outlawing weed altogether. I think the Texas ban starts in a couple of days/weeks.

Nothing like propping up the industrial prison complex.

Only meaningful if you account for revenue, and we don't get a clear picture of that because of TV contracts, revenue sharing, private contributions and so on. If you spend 30 million and generate 60 million in revenue, who cares?

List also excludes private schools like Duke.

Perhaps a better database is here (Equity in Athletics), but still woefully incomplete.
