Yea you have to bring in some guys from the portal but Izzo doesn’t prioritize it. Marquette having 0 transfers is malpractice.
Marquette has lost 4 players to the NBA draft the past 3 seasons, can't always expect every HS class to duplicate that success. Make HSers the bulk of your recruiting and supplement that with 2-3 transfers, Shaka bugging with this no portal shyt and it makes even less sense when his best player during his Marquette tenure came from the portal when he first got hired(Kolek).
