I'm still astonished that we are in the last weekend of October watching an undefeated #2 in the nation IU team.

The titles/program prestige is the only thing...really doesn't mean much in 2026...it's not 2006 or even 2016 any more. Current recruits weren't even born when UF was dominant.
Maybe UF has more in the NIL war chest? Not sure if that's even accurate b/c Ole Miss has been pulling a lot out of the portal and recruiting at a solid clip.
I'm assuming UF has better facilities, but NIL can neutralize that.
