Penn State is still a hell of a recruiting trip. A good coach could still get to the playoffs often with them.

• Florida has less access to money means less access to players no matter if they're in your backyard
• According to YOU florida has a more challenging path to the playoffs
• PSU has new facilities near completion
• penn state has 2x the endowment and a 50% bigger total budget, and a larger athletic budget
• Penn state has better recent success, unarguable
• Similar contracts for coaches recently and they've shown they are more patient
