Deboer has multiple wins over Georgia (at Alabama) and multiple vs Oregon (at Washington)

I'm not a big fan...I give him his credit. Those UGA wins are impressive, and the Oregon wins were big, although I think last year's Oregon team was Lanning's best.

they gotta get creative like find another position in the university he can do...like make him teach classes even if he's grossly overpaid...have him plan team travel and catering or some shyt...if you can't FIRE him, demote him like a MF renegotiate the contract and reassign him to some other shyt, and hire someone else.

I remember an old CBS article that mentioned something like this for another coach

One of the oddest quirks of any head coaching contract is in deals that FAU signs with its head coaches which state that the school can reassign a head coach to another position in the university as long as it does not include manual labor and can let him work remotely.
