It'll happen eventually, but meh. The first round of the 12 team joint was ultra trash, and the long ass layoff hurt the teams that earned it. So now what? The top 4/conference winners get an even longer layoff to cram a meaningless round in there?
You can say OSU got hot as a lower seed and went on a run, but they should've been a top 4 team all year anyway. We aren't going to see some 16 seeds winning the CFB playoff let's be real.
