he was a shytty coach and always had been, and blames everything on his players. This is another example. Some of those sacks are on your inability to recruit valid lineman and your necessity to throw the ball 72 times a game, because you didn't field a decent defense in your entire career.

We’ve gone in there and taken down better Oregon teams.

But Riley’s teams are night & day at home vs on the road

Considering how much of a struggle the long layoffs were for conf winners, I'm interested to see how teams handle the conference championships this year, specifically the B1G & SEC where there loser is all but guaranteed to get into the playoffs.

Say OSU is playing Oregon, does one or both just rest starters and get experience for their second units? Hard to tell a coach to 'lay up' in a game, especially for a title, but it's truly meaningless in 2025 and avoiding that 5-6 week layoff in favor of a HOME playoff game to build momentum seems like the move.
