Is there not some rule about dormitories for student athletes? IIRC there cannot be some kinda Athlete only dorms that far exceed regular student dorms, so you can't have some kinda plush luxury dorms that are only handed out to student athletes.

I'd imagine with NIL they'd rather live off campus in a luxury high-rise anyway?

Maybe this "rule" is something of the past tho. I thought I remember KU basketball (b/c of course they would) skating around this somehow, offering luxury town homes to hoopers.

I’m sure it’s some title 9 shyt in there some where, but nikkas would lose they mind at that level of opulence in their campus that was athlete only, nikkas can live with you eating better but to be in a condo on campus…. Shiiid
