It's not the recruiting, Allar was the #1 QB in his class. It's the development (...lack thereof) and their offense doesn't work towards the strengths of the QB

Allar was... questionable as the #1 QB prospect in his class. Had the measurables but has ALWAYS struggled with accuracy, even in high school.
