IMO, Franklin didn't deserve to be fired...PSU will NOT do better with this next coach. I hate PSU, they're a wannabe Ohio State...for years OSU/MSU fans depended on PSU to beat scum and they couldnt, and MSU/scum fans depended on them to beat OSU, which happened even less. I hope Franklin succeeds in his next stop

I never hated franklin. I was extremely critical tho...he's a good to great coach, but he couldn't get over that OSU hump, won like 40% of his games vs. scum and was .500 vs MSU, which is probably the most telling.
If you interact with PSU fans ever, they move like they're Bama and it's completely unwarranted. Try telling PSU fan they're not a blue blood and see what happens

That's significant since they currently spend only $ 120 M. They got the bread. Now that the collectives are more ingrained and designated as official by the athletic departments, they can start doing something. And really, they just need to hit up NC/MD/DMV & Tidewater areas, and they are straight.
