You don't necessarily have to be an innovate to be good at what you do as long as it works. As the old saying goes, all the greats borrow from greats. Everybody was a 'student of such & such'. I'm not gonna call him overrated personally; he just overcomplicates things for no reason, especially for kids in college who will only be there 3 years max most times.

At this point Terry Smith might be their best hire.
