I don't have a real problem with Alabama getting in over ND. Although one of Alabama's loses is significantly worse than NDs, I do believe they played the tougher schedule between the two.
If ND was in the ACC or another power 5 conference, things could have been different. But they enjoy the freedom and money that comes with being independent. You take the good with the bad.
