Yes, that means he's not ADOS, but his children and grandchildren are.

However, the leader of the NOI Elijah saw promising things in him so he chose him as a follow up to lead the NOI. It was Elijah who gave him his name Farrakhan.

Here is a bit of ADOS history not commonly known. The was an all Black settlement/township in New Mexico called Blackdom.

The history of why the town was eventually abandoned is still a bit shady. They say the water table dropped which made farming and ranching impossible was the main reason. It is also interesting that oil was discovered on that land. Some families in the deep south may still be receiving payments from it.
