I just got done watching. While it's definitely an improvement from the theatrical cut, I don't think it's this night and day comparison like the rest of yall. I think I gave the theatrical cut a 6/10, and I give the extended one a 7/10. It fixes a ton of issues in the 1st and 2nd act, but still doesn't fix the core script issues for me. This version of Lex is still horribly annoying, the "Martha" scene still happens, Superman still dies, the world's greatest detective still doesn't realize he's being played by Lex, and Supes is still a mopey hero. I forgot how beautiful the final fight scene was tho.

I'll give you that. But I don't think Superman dying and the Martha scenes are nitpicks. Those are 2 fairly big parts of the movie. If those 2 things don't bother you, cool, but I didn't like them.

Also I think there must be another scene that was cut. The extended cut didn;t explain how Supes knew Batman was Bruce Wayne.

Snyder movies need to be released in its Ultimate Cut edition in the theaters from Day 1 it seems cause the editors suck.
