Everything looks A1 as far as I'm concerned I see absolutely no difference....I'd argue that the patch even made things better because now I'm not getting a shytload of rubber banding and lag like I was pre-patch. I guess these really is 1080p problems

The ps4pro remained at native 1080p and the frame rate stayed near 60 much more consistently. Since the patch it's back to what appears to be 1000p dynamic resolution sometimes dropping to 900p and the frame rate is rocky again like it was on the og PS4.

They confirmed 4K owners run the game somewhere between 1440p and 1700p upscaled to 4K. What I see is NOT just a normal 1080p resolution...confirmed by both digital foundry and some guys that use the same technique as they do to scan resolution in the bf thread over there. The game looks exactly the same for me...I'm not seeing this drop in resolution.

Also I can't imagine the frame rate would be better at 1440 than it would be at 1080
Maybe whatever they did only messed with 1080
All I know is the pro version ran almost at a locked 60 before the patch and since the patch seems to be running choppier
