Yeah I notice double end bags never get any love, but I use to sharpen my coordination and timing skills. I wear glasses, so I have poor depth perception.

Here's the video I shot today, close to 6 months of training

No cameras allowed in the gym, so I used my homeboys bag.

How's my distance? Should I be farther back?

HIP-HOP ARTIST COMMON TO NARRATE ALL ACCESS: MAYWEATHER-GUERRERO

Press Release: Tonight (Wednesday, April 10th) at 10 p.m. ET/PT, Showtime Sports debuts the first episode of the highly anticipated documentary series All Access: Mayweather vs. Guerrero in the lead-up to the Showtime pay-per-view presentation of the event headlined by boxing’s No. 1 pound-for-pound titlist Floyd “Money” Mayweather in his welterweight championship defense against Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero. Grammy award winning musician, noted actor, author, activist and longtime sports fan Common will narrate the five-part series. Common lends his voice to Showtime for the first time. “Being a part of All Access really gave me an insight into the process that these fighters go through and what their lives are like when they prepare for battle,” said Common. “It grants the audience at home a backstage pass to one of the biggest sporting events of the year.”

Can't see vid but the main thing you want to do is keep distance with your jab and work everything off of it.

You are going to have to spar to get a better feel or where you want to be. Pick somebody that going to work with you. No need to bang if you working on stuff.

Do 2 rds where yall just do jabs. Another 2 where you work on going to the body. The last 1 or 2 you work regular putting everything together.

Could Mayweather already being that close to fight weight be a bad thing? Maybe he's "peaking" too early? Over-training?

no. not for him. he is not a big guy really and he doesnt blow up in between fights. plus, he stays in shape even when he is not training...by just getting regular exercise. although he is a gym rat, I dont think he over-trains. at least it never looks like it. when you stay in shape, you dont have to over-train. this is why Bernard Hopkins is still going strong at damn near 50.
