How could a man say he has a boss and be proud?
Man, Trout won that fight clearly off of ring generalship. He out-boxed and out-worked Canelo for the majority of a lot rounds. I don't like to use the expose word a lot, but Canelo's stamina always been suspect and Trout really put it on full display during the fight. Canelo looked tired from all those body shots and looked just plain winded fighting in Berto type spurts for mad portions of a lot of the rounds. I couldn't see Canelo winning more than 4 or 5 rounds really.
With all that said, He's the biggest logical choice to face Floyd in Sept. The Manny fight is dead, Martinez is too big and realistically never had to happen, that really just leaves Canelo. Dude has a true following and sells tickets and has an exciting style. That fight can prolly do close to 2 mil ppv sales.
Garcia and his fukkery is prolly the 2nd most sellable fight after that tho. I wouldn't mind that fight, but he would really have to dominate Zab.
The fuuuuuuuuuck are you talking about? Trout won a few rounds but seriously, he won the fight?
I'll give you this: the fight should not have been unanimous but NO WAY was Trout winning this fight. He threw a lot of punches but a lot of them were just hitting nothing - Canelo was dodging punches even when he took rounds off.
Not once did Canelo look like he was in trouble. Not once did Canelo take big shots and get bullied around.
Canelo won the fight playboy

at terrezas beating mijares on a SD and becoming the new wbc super bantam champ
Besides some big punches here an there, Canelo wasn't controlling the fight enough for me to say he won convincingly. Maybe a draw at best. Fight was competitive though. Trout pumped a steady jab, worked the body, countered, and landed big lefts. He was snapping Canelos head back with some shots. Canelo just happens to have a decent chin. Mad nikkas get out boxed all night without getting hurt, that don't mean they not getting out boxed.
