Why don’t fighter simulate a real fight in order to get the steam off when they have a long camp. Y’all why not bring in a sparring partner to fight a 10 round no sanctioned bout. Somebody like Andy would have benefitted from that.

this fight never made sense
it was a situation where a smaller fighter, desperate for the big paydays, calls out a much bigger man (ie ggg/brook, Canelo/khan, Spence/Garcia).
If you remember, this was right after the Gatti fight. Floyd hadn’t even fought at 147 yet.
would have been champ for long time if there was never a guy named michael spinks.
