Sparred for 2 hours with different weight classes today just for cardio. Not too bad for being 41, I'm the oldest by 6 years, 270 one of the heaviest, but I controlled distance and let my defense set up offense. I've learned to control the ring as well. I didn't bully just showed them why there's weight classes

at the bolded, probably one of the more underrated aspects of getting in that square. Most just emulate certain fighters even if their skills/assets don't match said fighter so you got a leg up on a lot of people
