What one win do y'all think legitimized a fighters career more than any other?

Take B-Hop, he punched his ticket to the hall of fame when he was the first man to beat Tito. Beating Arguello gave Pryor the respect he was seeking, Arguello was already a hall of famer. Andre Ward while everyone always thought he was a good fighter, but he needed that win over Kovalev to truly become a great. I remember people used to doubt Roy Jones Jr. until he put those hands on Toney.

Basically what in your opinion is the most IMPORTANT win for an individual fighter?
Beating Holyfield punched Bowe's ticket into the HOF. Bowe beforehand was looked at as an underwhelming, lazy, undisciplined fighter before he took Holyfield's 0. And most people would say his resume is piss poor outside of the 2 Evander win.
