Errol talking that talk! He also said he didn’t have a guarantee either, he just had a higher percentage, which Bud agreed to anyway. Why take a guarantee if you know you’re making a minimum 8-10 million on a fight like that?

Errol agreeing don't mean shyt if it was for a 2023 fight date. And judging by Errol's response that's exactly what it was. Bud said all along he's not sitting around til next year. He's already been out for a year at this point.
Errol dragged his feet to the last minute knowing the fight would need to get pushed back. Errol doesn't need bud to post the contract when he can do it himself. If he posts that contact with with a 2022 fight date I'll concede. If it's 2023 it's a duck

hilarious as usual that you leave out tweets where Spence said a contract was sent to Bud and his team on August 24 and they dragged their feet on getting it back to them. It was gonna have to be pushed back to 2023 after the non-response because the fight required a city-to-city promo tour
