Tim Bradley made great points. We don't know what to expect from Haney. But I would say this. If Haney fights with the same approach like he did against Ryan Garcia, he's getting knocked out
Brian Norman Jr has deceptive speed. If Haney stays in the pocket a little too long, it won't be good for Haney

If Haney decides to fight like he did against Ramirez, that is more of a question mark, but I do not think it would work because Ramirez was cooked and did not have the footspeed to keep up with Haney

Norman Jr is dangerous because due to lack of game tape out on him people assuming he is Regis Progries or something. People forget Norman Jr was a sparring partner for Tank, Bud, Boots, etc at a very young age. And while Norman Sr talks cash money he was actually a fighter and i kinda believe him when he says Norman Jr hasnt had to go deep in his bag
That said Haney has more big stage experience by far and that matters a ton. Folks forgey knockdowns aside he boxed up Ryan while trying tk recover

in ring wise i never thought fury vs wilder 3 was one of the greatest heavyweight fights of the century or whatever...if you want to call it a FOTY candidate for that year sure....the buildup and shyt for it was top notch,,hell i dont even think it was the best fight of that year...that goes teo vs kambosos..the fight itself outside of round 4 was just wilder getting beaten on and taken apart with no real ebb and flow

Scott surely told Wilder to go to the body in rnd 1 and he took it too far to berserk, Dhalsim levels and spent most of his tickets early.

Kambosos fought the fight he can brag to his grandkids about (not much else), got in Lopez head in the press conferences and never left until the decision got called out.

Canelo is damn near at 70 fights and been in a handful of wars:comeon:. Boxing years can be different

C'mon now. I know yall enjoy the free Rollercoaster ride on Bud's jockstrap but this is getting ridiculous now. :mjlol:

And when he fought Charlo he was about 65 fights in and Charlo about 35 fights.

So with that logic, Charlo shoulda done better, right?

I am not a Floyd Mayweather fan by any stretch of the imagination. But I ain't one of those nikkas that say "If the Pacquiao fight would've happened five years prior, Manny would've smoked him".

The fight happened when it happened and my favorite fighter lost. It is what it is. :yeshrug:

What stopped Linares from being great?

Had the handspeed. Good power could throw every punch. But when he stepped up in comp, he could never really get over the hump.

Why is that?
Truthfully, he needed someone like Manny Steward/Ronnie Shields to tweak his defense & positioning. I remember when he fought Larios you could tell Manny wanted to train him
