if the trout-canelo fight isn't done or even negotiated this week, then i think the spinks-k9 winner will definitely get the fight in sept. i just think a unification makes more sense on ppv than any of those other fights.

ehh, he will never be the superstar everyone thought he was gonna be BUT he's an exciting fighter. he still has options at 147, im sure berto would fight him again, malignaggi, kell brook, khan, shyt after that loss a Rios-Ortiz fight is even possible.

Great fight. And I did think that Ortiz was already mentally defeated by that point anyway. Everytime Lopez started to turn it on Ortiz seemed to start running or just mentally checking out for stretches.

aside from being mexican they are nothing alike. vargas was a fukkin mexican warrior, he would have never quit or done no stupid shyt like ortiz. he was a better fighter, fought better competition. vargas in his PRIME lost to ATG (de la hoya, trinidad,) he aint lost to no fukkin marcos maidana or joseito lopez. ortiz is just a fukkin headcase, sad cuz he has the talent to be something in this sport.
