What they should do in my opinion is a supercard

Two sites looking like this

Undercard
Lara (if he wins big IF) vs Ortiz
Co-Main Event (but headlining in Argentina)
Lucas Matthyese VS Maidana

Main Event in Las Vegas
Canelo VS Cotto

Cotto's camp said they would not be fighting before around December, so a Canelo fight in September is out of the question.

Also for people calling Ortiz a quitter or weak, have they ever dealt with a jaw injury

I get what you are saying but Ortiz already had a reputation for being a quitter & weak before the fight, the fact that he quit despite how reasonable his reasons are it does nothing but enforce the negative notions people already had of Ortiz. Keep in mind that the expectations for the average joe and a fighter is different, people expected perhaps to see some warrior spirit in Ortiz like many fighters before him have shown.

I agree 100%. The fact that he quit after people called him mentally weak is damning, him and Amir Khan are on thin ice because they can't quit shake those quitter labels. I am just saying though a broken jaw hurts bad and people are go to extremes talking like he only broke a hand or something

Just saw the Ortiz Lopez fight, Im not sure how many times Gus Johnson nutted in his pants once Ortiz quit. While I feel Ortiz will always be a quitter no matter what, ill give him a pass for this one fight. Very impressed with Lopez having the power to do that

Can someone explain those vids to me (I'm not a boxing head but i did enter the thread) ?
Gatti v Ward 1 Round 9 - YouTube
Most Spectacular Punch Combination Ever!!! - YouTube

I mean, Gatti doesn't even have a guard position or something, he has his arms low and takes punches like it's nothing against Ward who's bigger than him and seems a lot more powerful. Why is he not KO'd ? How is it possible ?

 when steward gets excited you know its something special.

only other time i remember him going crazy for a minute like that is the end of toney/jirov at 1:02:00
