He is getting outboxed but he looks very weak and his legs look shaky which are signs of being drained.

I've been saying this for a minute - and I understand that Manny and Martinez and a couple of others (Klit, Donaire) have legitimate arguments - I think Ward is the second best fighter pound-for-pound in the world. And I'm glad he's dominating this fight with another guy who's top ten (or borderline at worst) to help solidify my argument.
