Bradley has the better resume but Ward is the better boxer and it's not even close.

Of course, but who in their right mind has ever said Bradley was a better boxer than Ward?

It's always been Timmy's resume that dudes hang over Ward's head. Never the skills, because it's almost a night and day contrast between the two. Ward has always been in a different league.

So they are doing Anthony Dirrell/Sakio Bika 2 on 8/16.
I get why it is happening but that was a seriously ugly fight to watch the first time around.

i been slacking on the recent matches- but i did peep that crawford and gamboa fight. i think it was an excellent fight and crawford elevated in the middle rounds to get the win, but it felt like gamboa completely abandoned his game plan once he got hit with a great shot. he was boxing and moving well for the 1st 4 rds. it seemed the speed was too much for craw and he went southpaw to counteract that.

that fact and add to it that gamboa hasn't been really active over the past few years led to his downfall. he seemed like he got frustrated and too often he has been moving straight backwards in fights and leaving his chin exposed. he ran into somebody who can make him pay for that.

i think crawford will do good at 140 but all that switching stances may not work as well with the higher weights, dudes got more power, but obviously he felt comfortable enough to that in that fight. great fight though, i think the best i seen this year thus far.

Mauricio Herrera: "I'm ashamed of Danny Garcia defending my titles against Rob Salka!" :lolbron:

:dead:

This nikka Herrera running around and still talking shyt about Garcia:mjlol:

Swift's gonna have to do something about this....he cant just let this linger. Even Floyd rematched JLC when the public thought JLC was robbed against Floyd in their 1st fight, and went back and beat him clearly. Danny's gonna have to do the same thing or Herrera's never gonna go away until he suffers more losses like Bredis Prescott did with Khan

Mauricio been on his troll game something fierce lately.

Mauricio Herrera (20-4, 7KOs) believes Johan Perez (19-1-1, 13KOs) will be a more difficult battle than his March majority decision loss to WBC/WBA Danny Garcia. Herrera and Perez will clash for the interim-WBA junior welterweight championship on July 12th, as part of undercard to the Saul "Canelo" Alvarez vs. Erislandy Lara Showtime Pay-Per-View from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

The winner will become the mandatory challenger to current 'regular' champion Jessie Vargas.

"I've been psyched that Johan will give me a more difficult fight than Danny Garcia. He has different style, he is also coming in there real hungry, he wants to prove who he is and a win could open up the door of the big leagues of boxing in Las Vegas," Herrera told Deportes Televisa.

"But this is precisely why I have prepared very well. Today I did ten rounds of sparring and I felt very good. I've been training for nine weeks because I know that not only can I win a championship but I can go for more."
