If you saw the fight, it was evident after the 8th round that Cotto was running on E.

If memory serves me correct after winning rd 8 he was finished N stopped goin after Floyd with the same energy.. he lost the championship rds easily N was buzzed like a muthafukker in the final rd

I attributed the change in round 8+ to Floyd adjusting, not Cotto weakening.

Floyd adjusting doesn't change the fact that Cotto's punch output completely dropped. He wasn't even throwing that much.

For 8 rounds he kept coming at Floyd with high activity, cornering him and throwing. Then all of a sudden he just stops. He faded, which made it easier for Floyd to pick him apart.

Cotto has always had this problem
