Do you guys think SMS Promotions will get better as 50 gains more experience in the business?

Or do you think it's just doomed to fail at this point?

I think 50 has a decent shot at success. At his last promotion he said he was going to be focusing more on SMS now and once he clears out all of them struggle fighters Floyd picked and signs some better talent he should be good.

Crawford/Gamboa was a success from a promotional standpoint imo and Gamboa's stock didn't go down too much because he was in a weight class he shouldn't have been in.

I've said it on here before but I want to see 50 succeed as a promoter.

There's no point in grinding to make the 140 weight limit if the titles won't be on the line. The bout isn't gonna even be sanctioned so why bother
