The last time Danny Garcia made the 140 limit for a fight, and fight was under the Junior Weltweight Division, was against Herrera in March 2014. Broner's debut at 140 was in May 2014....and Danny Garcia had already stated he was having trouble making 140 after the Herrera fight and would be moving up to Welterweight after defending his belt again
