You do know you can cycle on/off of PEDs and Ortiz could've been doing exactly that, we don't know. IMO, No way do you fight someone who was already busted, when you are unable to drug test them in the weeks leading up to the fight

I agree, once you test positive people deserve to view you with skepticism. If you got caught once, there are most likely countless fights you didn't get caught.
Wilder is doing the right thing. He should never fight a guy with steroid history if he doesn't feel comfortable.

I don't know much about steroids, but I swear I read something or watched a documentary where if you take them you can stop and clean out your system and pass drug tests, but it can allow you to see benefits long after when you used them. That is why it always is odd to me when a guy test positive and they reschedule a fight a few months later. fukk that, a guy could easily carry over gains for quite a while. If you get popped, should be a year ban.
