Last time he had to do anything with WBC was in 2011
Since then he only fought interim, international or world championship fights for the WBO version of those belts. So it's hard to imagine how he would be even enrolled.

Kovalev also... We know his promoters don't want the Stevenson fight. Regardless of that Kovalev just recently lost his belts and probably gonna rematch with Ward and the WBC belt isn't at stake there. Last time Kovalev had the chance to fight for the WBC belt, Duva blocked it but I think that was before the Vada - WBC agreement.

Spence goes on the IBF route for a time now so there's also that...
Liam Smith also just recently lost his WBO belt so I guess he became ranked after that and he didn't fight since then and now he will fight for WBO interim
Ortiz goes on the WBA route now and is the supposed mandatory for the winner of Joshua vs Klitschko
Gilberto Ramirez has a WBO belt (and also an Arum fighter) and Jessie Hart will have a shot on that belt soon probably
Julian Williams just had an IBF title shot
Troyanovsky just lost his IBF belt



So idk... on one hand I absolutely agree with this whole WBC - VADA program, clean boxing is needed and I think it can be even useful to put the pressure on some fighters by releasing the names of the ones who don't want to get enrolled on the other hand though I think it ca be harmful if they just put out a lit like this lowkey suggesting that the fighters listed have some dirt on their hands even though some of them are clearly started on and going on different routes or just became ranked by the WBC in the last 1-2 months but their name is still in the same bracket as of those who otherwise should have done the testig already but didn't do it yet and probably don't want to cause they really have something to hide.

Any rational person would agree with what you're saying.. I posted this cause for the last few days I been digging trying to find out if the great Nandrolene user Luis Ortiz was enrolled or not...and I found out not only is he not enrolled but he hasnt been enrolled for some time. So he very well could've been cycling as @Newzz suggested.. The rest of those guys that have never been linked to roids should get the benefit of the doubt especially if they're not going the WBC route.. but not Ortiz.. He calling out Wilder and fans are actually trying to say Wilder is ducking him like Wilder aint just have 2 back to back bad experiences with his opponents testing positive and fukking up everyone money and time

Freddie Roach, he's a good trainer, you know, but me, myself, I don't want to go down in the Hall of Fame as a trainer. When my name is mentioned in the Hall of Fame, I would like to go down as the best fighter, or one of the smartest athletes, or as the best athlete to be in the sport.

Like I said before, you have to know when to hold and when to fold.
