1.5 Mil was the total purse offered to both fighters from Arum.

I would say yes, triple g looked great in front of a big puncher.. Boxed very well, the crisp jab, the way he faints and rolls with it, he turns it to a hook.. Either way that was enough money. $1.5 for just Rigo would have been a gross overpayment and Rigo under no circumstances would get a pass for turning that down. If we look at it for $1.5 for both guys, Rigo made 750k vs. Donaire and with the market, his weight class, his ratings, and his inactivity a similar purse would be more than fair.Why would he be saying that TR is being too cheap then if he wasn't a TR fighter at the time?
