Yeah but in that video Dibella talking crazy making threats.

And you know the boxing sport is king of unexpected bullshyt.

But your right even Dibella isn't stupid enough to call off a fight because of ring size.

Dibella is known to go ape shyt before a fight, that's his nature..but i like him, very passionate and vocal!

i met him when naz fought kevin kelly..

World Boxing Association Super Bantamweight Champion Guillermo “El Chacal” Rigondeaux is expected to defend his title this Saturday evening against Robert Marroquin (22-1, 15 KOs), on the Sergio Martinez-Julio Cesar Chavez, Jr. HBO Pay-Per-View event, live from the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas. A Circuit Court in Miami ruled on August 21 to enjoin Rigondeaux (10-0, 8 KOs) from engaging in any bout not approved by his manager, Gary Hyde, and also enjoined Rigondeaux from participating in this Saturday’s scheduled show promoted Top Rank.

Last night, however, Hyde and Top Rank reached a resolution to allow the Rigondeaux-Marroquin title fight to go forward, and the Nevada State Athletic Commission was informed this morning. “Thanks to my attorneys, Patrick English and Bill Brown, we have negotiated a far superior deal to fight Robert Marroquin on September 15th,” said Hyde, who has managed Rigondeaux since the two-time Olympic gold medalist defected from Cuba in 2007. “‘Rigo doesn’t get involved or side tracked by legal dramas. He has promised me that he is at his all-time best and that he will KO Marroquin.”

Sergio Martinez Explains His Deep Dislike For Chavez Jr.
By Rick Reeno

Former two division world champion Sergio Martinez (49-2-2, 28KOs) is not denying his deep dislike for Mexican superstar Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. (46-0-1, 32KOs). On Saturday night at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Martinez will challenge Chavez for the WBC middleweight crown.

Despite the months of trash talking, Martinez reveals that only recently did his problem with Chavez "become personal." Apparently, Chavez made a comment during an episode of HBO's 24/7 reality series, and it hit a nerve with Martinez.

"He said something at the end of one of the 24/7s. He said to 'respect the sport' - to me. And I don't know anybody else who doesn't respect the sport like Chavez doesn't respect it. That comment made it personal," Martinez said.

When he was asked to explain his reasons for accusing Chavez of disrespecting the sport of boxing - Martinez fired off in a fury.

"I say what everybody thinks. He doesn't respect the sport. I'm getting upset [talking about this]. Where do I start. He always has a problem with his weight. Two weeks before the fight with Marco Antonio Rubio, he committed an infraction with driving under the influence. He has a problem with anti-doping, with the positive result in Nevada,"
Martinez said.

"Nobody knows what happened with the anti-doping [tests] against Rubio and Andy Lee. One of the best trainers in
the world, Freddie Roach, he makes him wait and doesn't show up to the gym [to train]. He insults our sport."

The Best Fight You Never Saw: An Ode To Anthony Lenk vs. Ricardo Williams Jr.
photo7.jpg

On Saturday, September 8th 2012, watching the undercard fight I sat stunned. No, not by the knockout that Andre Ward delivered to a beaten Chad Dawson that virtually no one saw coming outside of the Ward faithful. No, the fight that dropped my jaw and made me remember why I love fighting so much was an undercard fight between Anthony Lenk and Ricardo Williams Jr. Yes, there was a loser in this fight, but god damn - if any good undercard could sneak on the main card, this should have been it. Especially, after DeMarco stopped Molina in under a minute.

For those who have been saying the MMA, or the more common term *cough brand cough* "UFC" have deeper more stacked cards may be more wrong than ever. Yeah, the undercard had its stinkers.Especially Malik Scott putting a slow technical fight together to stay undefeated. Lenk and Williams was everything a fight should be minus a marketing push or build up in video packages. In the era of digital media and 24/7sports shows, it seems odd that there is so little marketing of the undercard fights. For that reason it almost seems as though boxing’s undercards are worse than MMA, when truly they may just be not as well hyped.

I am writing about this fight to celebrate Anothny Lenk and Ricardo Williams Jr. who traded exchanges in the ring as though they were dancing partners. When one would hit the other hard, it was a mere obligation for the other to hit even harder. The fight had everything a fan could dream about. I was denied my parking pass and had to show up late to the event because of BART'ing (Bay Area Rapid Transit) to the event. After sitting in multiple wrong seats and constantly getting in peoples’ way, I witnessed this gem of a fight which is destined for folklore amongst boxing nerds such as me.

What made this fight so good, you might ask? It was the simple fact that both men came to fight. In a day in age, when fighters wish to protect their records or fight a fight that best suits them to win. Too many fighters aren’t thinking of the enjoyment of the crowd. These two men provided a sparkplug of a fight; an electrical current ran through the ring and eventually shocked the whole audience. When both men traded hard hooks to the chin and continued, we mortals in the stands had no other choice but to stand and applauded. I could break down the fight, but that would discredit the nature of it, though Ricardo Williams Jr. should be viewed as a great fighter. Keep an eye on him after this win. Anthony Lenk should be brought back as well as he stood game with another great fighter. I am left with the feeling a great fight leaves inside you, I was in awe. I would like to give great congratulations to Anthony Lenk and Ricardo Williams Jr. for the best fight that you never saw.

anyone got the vid of this fight?

TMT Promotions Already on Their Way Out of Boxing?
By Rick Reeno

Multiple sources have advised BoxingScene.com that TMT Promotions, the promotional company recently started byrapper 50 Cent, is already closing shop.

Back in July, 50 Cent announced the formation of TMT Promotions, and quickly signed Yuriorkis Gamboa, Billy Dibb, Celestino Caballero and Andre Dirrell. He also obtained a promoter's license in New York and Las Vegas.

There was talk of friction between 50 Cent and Mayweather, but never confirmed. The lawyer for featherweight champion Billy Dib was reportedly advised by attorney Sekou Gary, that "50 Cent was no longer in boxing" and his promotional contract was being moved to Mayweather Promotions. Gary represented Gamboa when he left Top Rank for TMT. He currently represents James Kirkland in his lawsuit against
Golden Boy. Gary declined comment when reached Wednesday night by BoxingScene.com.

A manager involved with another TMT boxer told BoxingScene - "we have no idea what's going. Everything is up in the air right now.
