Berto is a bum man. I am not sure how this is a let down.

He would have just been a tune up for Garcia.

I know the boxing world seems to have a certain fondness for him, but he doesn't have anything but power to bell him out.

Berto ain't' a bum to me, he's an athletically flawed fighter with speed and power with slightly below average boxing skills. Plus he has a tender chin. Historically guys, like that will always get in entertaining scraps and get more chances than they deserve. It happens, so I try to embrace it sometimes.

He would have been a name tune up that brought in good ratings against Swift. I also think he would have put up a decent effort, ultimately losing though. That fight not happening, made 2 lesser fights happen in Swift vs that bum he just fought, and now Berto vs Algieri if that goes through.
