He is like the Abel Sanchez of fighters. You are a hell of a trainer on your own, just don't open your mouth and say some of the dumbest shyt anyone has heard. BJS has a respectable career and could market himself to fans as the second best MW (although Jacobs passes the eye test better IMO, and Canelo as well if he is at 160). Either way, dude is a top MW, he deserves that credit. He just needs to shut the fukk up because everything he says is some dumb shyt that makes him look terrible.

And yes, I think the hate here is his personality, career choices, not his overall skill. As far as I can remember I don't know anyone here calling him bum status on his skills, us haters just don't like his personality and the fact he has had said he wants to fight GGG and Canelo and both fighters gave him contracts and all of a sudden BJS is :whoa:. Usually we just get mad at Andy Lee for losing to him because Lee would fight anyone anytime and hope that a mandatory will take his belt. No offense to BJS skills, same as Eubanks, both are skilled, but don't call out a fighter very publicy and be given the contract, venue, and date you want and then make excuses without expecting any criticism.

That makes sense, because I checked his resume and footage like: ":ohhh: brehs is hating on an undefeated fighter who's already beaten Andy Lee and Eubank? :dahell:"

If it's hate because his out of the ring antics, then hate away:obama:

I do the same for certain fighters as well:heh:

Explain?:jbhmm:

And explain to me how Lomachenko makes up for a 5 inch height disadvantage and an 11 inch reach disadvantage against a guy who ate everyone of Commey's punches, never had a stamina issue, and who boils himself down to 135......while Loma has to eat himself up to 130?:ohhh:
Simple, I don't think Easter is nearly as nice as you do, that's all there is to it. The size difference isn't the same with LSC vs Frampton(7" reach, about 3" height), but folks on here went gaga about the measurements and how Frampton was gonna be able to cope, and then we saw the skills shine through on fight night. There is even a bigger skill disparity b/w someone like Loma vs Easter, I'm going with Loma to figure out how to carve a lesser talent like Easter up. I'd take Garcia over him as well based on the Garcia before the layoff, I'll reserve judgment on that tho to see how he performs on 1/28.

Explain this please:jbhmm:
Gladly. I've been watching Lubin since before he became a pro. He was a good amateur, but needed more time to hone his skills. Unfortunately, Mike Tyson came along offering these young guys contracts with hefty signing bonuses the moment they turned 18. Lubin was one of the them. The Mike Tyson deal didn't work out and then Lubin fell into Al Haymon's hands. Haymon's trying to pick up the pieces but I fear it's too late. The kid is gonna be in line for a title shot well before he's ready.

When I say I'm not too impressed, I mean his skills aren't what they should be for someone talking title shot in a stacked division. "Chop down Charlo," really? He's good, but not SPECIAL. I don't look at records, when analyzing young fighters. You know how many fighter go undefeated in their first 20 or so fights? I breakdown what I see and how it would look at the next level. I saw him gas a little in his fight against Montero and he was trying too hard for the knockout. His power is decent at best. Problem is when you fight at the highest level, guys aren't just more skilled, they tend to also be more durable. Taking that into account, his style will have to be adjusted as his career goes on. This means relying more on boxing skills, which is where the amateur pedigree would've came in.

What I mean by "He'll get better," is that he's still sharpening skills that should've been sharpened in the amateurs. Of course at his age he'll get better with experience, but it's not enough. When I see a young fighter who's SPECIAL I can look at them and say, he ready. Lubin ain't ready. When you look at Errol Spence, it's like dayum, he just might be the one. It's not the same for Lubin, different levels of talent.

That being said, Lara and Andrade are just different levels of talent than Lubin. At no point do I see him competing with them. Now the Charlo brothers he may be able to do something with DOWN THE LINE. Too soon and he risk taking a hard L which can hurt his spirit and ruin what could be a decent to good career.

no it couldn't. They counted a false KD which gave Commey a false 10-8 round in a round he was losing.

Fight was pretty easy to score.

Loma has to get inside to do anything to Easter...he cant outbox him from outside with that much of a reach disadvantage. Again:

Robert Easter is 5'11 with 76 inch reach.
Lomachenko is 5'6 with a 66 inch reach.

Plus Easter has a strong chin, quick, has more power than Loma, is naturally the larger man weight wise. Loma would HAVE to stay on the inside in order to win. If he's willing to take the punishment to get inside, then :ehh:
If Easter uses his tools well he can take this imo. He gets some sick leverage into his shots. Problem is like what @reservoirdogs said sometimes he does use his reach advantage. And believe me loma is pretty good on the inside. Don't know if loma will hurt him at all to be honest. Hasn't fought at 135 but he will have a serious speed advantage. He can't be in easter's range tho that accuracy is deadly

Garcia calling thurman a white boy?
Angel back to his nikka shyt.

:francis:
Sounds like he was calling Thurman the hippie and his two trainers the white boys.

I want to know what Angel is like with the cameras not rolling. During Dan's chats he says behind the scenes he is totally different and he goes extra crazy for the cameras.

Gues you wanted to write "doesn't" there
I kept saying that to @Newzz that while Easter is talented he doesn't use his reach and height advantage that much but he kept repeating like a broken record that "Robert Easter is 5'11 with 76 inch reach.
Lomachenko is 5'6 with a 66 inch reach." :yeshrug:

What you do with that reach advantage if you won't exploit it anyway, man...?
I don't even say that Easter wouldn't have a shot to beat Lomachenko, I don't even say that Loma would steamroll lightweights the same way I only say that your argument here is lacking cause Easter - even though he is tall as fukk - doesn't use his reach and height advantage. If you're looking for fighters who do that look at Wladimir Klitschko or Postol... Easter doesn't fight like that...
