I would be highly skeptical we see all 3 great fights in one year, but I do think it has a good chance of happening. Sounds like a BJS fight would piggy back on Expo 2017, which might get some government funding or just a monster crowd to give BJS that life changing money that only could potentially come from a Canelo fight and under these circumstances the GGG fight might mean more. I also wouldn't be surprised if Canelo and GGG are trolling us and assuming both haven't loss and are healthy come to a deal pretty easily.
Boxing hasn't given us a lot of reasons to be optimistic for great matchups, but trying to be optimistic here. It would be a great year for GGG. If he won all three, it would make him FOTY, have fought the 3 best opponents in the division, unify all the belts, put him right in line for the all time MW defense record, undisputed top 3 PFP, and secure that HOF spot.

Unless Canelo sparks out Chavez JR early by a groundshaking body shot, he ain't facing triple G this year. Canelo/Chavez JR will prolly get the run back, and both fights, which I think Canelo will win, will be taxing on him.
