Nah they've been fairly close (2pt) decisions to my memory. He beat an out of prime but extremely skilled Cotto.

To me, a win is not just a win, when it comes to evaluating nikkas skill set, if that was the case nikkas wouldn't be in here bytching about Broner everytime he has a tough fight with a C+ nikka.
I mean who wants to be known as some Ottke nikka (King of the Split Decisions) when you're supposed to be the best boxer in the world.
You cant be winning fights by the skin of your teeth against nikkas on your level all the time. That's just me.
Canelo and Broner are both B+ in my eyes and have always been. Hell, the Demarco win is more impressive than any Canelo win if we talking pure dominance.

Brook is just as good as Trout/Lara if we talking talent and skill level, but he's a welter. Brook is definitely a better win than Khan and Smith.

And there's the disconnect. Jacobs is ass Lara beat punisher and Trout beat Cotto. .Jacobs on the other hand beat Peter q (who struggled with bum ass gabe) and got the shyt beat out of him by pirog. Jacobs is a bum and I think lil g might do him worse than pirog.
