I'd be worried bout being a plodder if Canelo fought off the back foot or moved his feet :russ:

Stand in front of jccjr spam combos...get tired... Then what??

Lay on the ropes?? Good luck :mjlol:

Move around the ring N have an asthma attack while lookin suspect to the Mexicans?? Good Luck

Zbika (yeah I fukked his name up) stood in front of Chavez all night throwing combinations, but he ate a lot of power shots in return. He had quick hands like Canelo too (obviously not as quick or as powerful)

So it's not like Jr ain't never seen that style before.

Canelo better be training like it's a 15 round fight. If that stamina meter starts turning orange halfway through and he tries to do that passive counter boxing shyt he did with Trout, that Mexican crowd might change sides.

You know how to talk that trash, I gotta admit it :russ:

But Canelo is gonna be too slick for Jr. Maybe he will be in front of him but Chavez won't land many clean shots, too slow and predictable for that imo :yeshrug:
Canelo has a better defense, is more accurate, creative and has faster hands.
I really see Chavez's only edge in size

it's a good stylistic matchup though cause brawlers like Chavez Jr like opponents who stand in front of them but ironically the Canelo type of counter punchers also like fighters who come at them.

Trout and Chavez are whole different style of matchups though
Every time in the last few years Canelo faced someone who went at him it ended up in a KO. Angulo, Kirkland, Smith. All shared the same fate. Chavez is bigger than those guys and he probably has better chin than them but I doN't think that alone will be enough.

And it's not only about styles but also levels. That Zbika guy was nowhere near of Canelo's level

I wasn't comparing Trout to Chavez breh, :what:

I said, the way he fought Trout down the stretch ain't gonna work against Chavez. He can't afford to be on the ropes chilling and countering every so often.

and I already said Canelo is quicker and more powerful than Zbika.

I was just pointing out that Chavez seen that style/tactic before (obviously not at that level) unless you count Sergio who used footwork with it.

Chavez is in better shape than shot Angulo or Wolfeless Kirkland. I won't even mention FNF level Beefy.

Both will see the highest level of that particular style once they face each other. I just think Chavez is better suited for whatever because he's faced more punchers and bigger dudes.

I seen Floyd vs Mosley at the theater...it was amazing like @JDee323 says:wow:
Seeing a fight in HD on a screen that large :ohlawd:

Loud enough to where you can hear the corners shouting instructions during the rd, and shoes squeaking on the canvas :whew:

Watching it with a live crowd, people talking shyt :ooh:

Closest thing to actually being there live in person.
