Would Ward be dumb enough to be hit by a lunging right jumping halfway across the damn ring.

lol why are you trying to act like it wouldnt be a good fight tho. ward/golovkin probably the best matchup at mw or smw since toney/jones

Golovokin need to fight a real challenge though before mentioning him with SOG. Dude's last 3 opponets have been Prozka, Rosado and Ishida

i agree. He shouldn't be mentioned anywhere near Ward, its the media talk that spurts the bullshyt at times.
But im enjoying the GGG journey so far.

I am still saddened with the Valero story, i was pumped up about that fool. What a tragedy.

my prediction: rios again wins..id say KO-TKO by 10 or 11...mike doesn't have the discipline to box this nikka for very long...plus he's mexican so he's gonna brawl..dude's last 3-4 fights have been brawls..i don't expect anything less unless this is the fight that expires rios after all his weight draining and wars

Valero was like Tyson. A confused individual...with a violent upbringing. People that know him say his ferocity and brutality in the ring was a direct reflection of what was going on in his head and outside of the ring. He wouldve been very good, but he'd either live long enough like Tyson to mature and mellow out which would likely cause him to lose his edge as a fighter....or end up dead or in jail...which ironically he met both fates.

his ending was more shocking than expected! i was rooting for him, he was a throw back and menace in the ring, the 140 division during that period was getting interesting.

I remember him before the motorbike accident, i have videos of him when he was stable, he was naturally gifted with the hands. The sluggish behaviour was built in him from the get go but son was on a slaughter mission.
