With Loma getting up there in age, I want to see him against another prime fighter before he hangs em up or begins noticeably declining. Loma would undoubtedly push Haney to another gear, while the outcome would drastically impact Lomachenko's legacy either way.
Both are worthwhile, so I'd take either fight in a heartbeat.
