If Bud were on Mayweather Promotions, and he had the exact same resume, I believe he would be a more popular fighter then the Bud we have today on Top Rank IMO.

I pretty much think if Tank was on TR with the exact same resume, he wouldn’t be as popular.

It doesn’t really make sense for black fighters to sign with TR anymore, because they always reach a plateau. Now, they are great at developing their fighters, which was their advantage In the past. However, we have seen other promoters do a great job developing fighters nowadays.
