? Their popularity levels are crazy so no buildup is needed

They're literally all signed to different promoters, working on different networks.
They're all being protected as well to some degree, except for perhaps Devin.
These guys are all pretty marketable and extremely young, wouldn't surprise me that they wait to fill into the heavier, more financially lucrative weight classes and fight.

Ryan garcia was Devin's mando but Ryan ( and oscar) have been steering clear of that for any reason possible..the most popular reason being mental health reason. This was also the easiest fight to make since they were on the same platform and also Haney being a free agent now. Ryan has the most struggle in his boxing out of the 4 .
Tank..his career is being steered by Ellerbe who made it clear they are keeping it in house. This made clear by the weight jumping Tank is doing for gamestop belts....not fighting the best opponents in those divisions but simply who is available...some tank stans have a hard time separating the 2 *cough* @ChocolateGiddyUp *cough*
lolTeofimo had a mando situation so hes actually good for a reason...the problem was triller had the bid and fukkery and bullshyt drew that out longer than it should have..but if he retains his belts against kambosos his next move is going to be looked at closely
Haney is being frozen out for the most part starting with the fact lomachenko pulled a canelo with his wbc belt because he didnt want to face him so Haney became champ.. he also had some not so good moments his last time out which has ppl questioning his pedigree
