Miss me with this bullshyt :demonic:

Look at his Cotto fight with a Broken jaw and Orbital bone, and he still went out on his own accord taking the knee, what the fukk this had to do with harder puncher, you said he could of took Paulie out, and he never hurt Paulie, Paulie stood in the pocket and banged with no fears of his power

Why would I look at Paulies fight in 2006? WTH does that have to do with what took place Sat night? :why: Obviously a 25 year old version of Paulie is more resilient than a 32 year old version of him. But again, I have to ask did you watch the fight? Cuz Paulie did not stand in the pocket and bang, he used alot of foot movement to set up angles and offset ABs rhythm. And Paulie was never doing the Mayweather dance but he was clearly and visibly moved by all of Broners shots and his face showed the damage.

I think Broner could have stopped Paulie if he threw more punches. But only he knows why he was so defensive minded in the fight. One would think that considering Paulie ISNT a hard puncher, Broner would open up more, eat shots, and be more offensive. But only Broners chin and Paulies fists know the answer to that :merchant:

I just think its simply because Broner isnt truly a finished product. He tries to be like Floyd but he is a long ways off. If he truly wants to be like Floyd...there is only one way to do it...and thats get Joy. The 2nd best thing would be to get Roger.

Broner is certainly not ready for WW...would have difficulty at JWW, and against the right opponent at 135 he would get work.

People are saying he is a hype job. He actually has the talent to be much more than hype. It will take some work though. The way he fought Paulie....he cant beat another top 10 welterweight with that...and as much as Zab has been recycled...at 147 or 140....all it would take for him would be one shot. Zab still better than Paulie.

I dont think it had anything to do with his power...I just dont see him as being a complete fighter yet. He did do some excellent body work however. He needs to be with a pad pro like FMS to get his activity and timing up. His main problem was....he doesnt have RJJ or Mayweather speed. He has good speed, but he needs timing to go along with it and it aint there yet.

I didnt check back to see and I was too lazy yesterday to post it especially since I consider it more fluff than anything...but yall peep that HBO reportedly offered 4 fights to Froch? Ward rematch, 3rd fight with Kessler, GGG, or JCCjr?

Froch been talkin a lot of shyt lately and he needs to show and prove too.

I am not exactly sure if it is a 4 fight deal or they offered him packages for each fight separately. Froch been saying he is the best ever from Britain. :heh:

Well, with that kind of talk he dont need to be turning down fights, pricing himself out, or trying to hide in the U.K. IF Cleverly beats Kovalev....Froch had better have a decent opponent lined up or he's gonna have some explainin to do.

Maidana is the best thing out there for Broner right now. He brings a good name, solid credentials, and an entertaining style. Meanwhile, he is a crude boxer who is there to be hit all night and he is not as physically strong as Broner. Perfect matchup right now.
