….his best win is a guy with 11 fights who hasn’t beaten a single good fighter. His 2nd best win is vs a guy who canelo already knocked out and he went 12 rounds with him. He never unified 168 even though he was there his whole career. He’s looked like ass at 175 and got rocked multiple times by guy who should have lost against khataev. He’s done nothing to be considered top 10 p4p….he just keeps getting handed belts. His resume is nothing but fluff at this point. Wouldn’t be surprised if he struggles with Anthony Yarde’s basic ass.

Wtf...as opposed to the guys at 9 and 10? I hope you aren't serious? Regardless of how you think he has looked, he beat Gzodyk and Morrell--2 quality wins. Was rewarded the belt due to Bivol and him not fighting. Ducked by Alvarez for I dunno how long. I'm not saying he should be top 5, but not top 10?! Compare his resume to Shakurs and it's not close, imo.For what?

The list is always about resume AND skill. And Shakur is just way more talented than David in every department. And Zepeda is a more impressive win than anything in David's resume
.....as of this point david still hasn't beaten one top tier fighter and he's looked terrible at 175. He's better off going back to 168 and being a weight bully again.

I literally just told you zepeda a better win than anything on David's resume. So yes. Shakur has a better resume than David. I don't watch kenshiro teraji because I don't watch flyweight. So somebody else can answer that. But seeing as he's a two division unified champion then I would say yes. And it appears he wasn't handed those belts like David was
