dude was a long time mando to mell for like years...he took step asides so mell could eventually unify the belts..he fought on pbc prelims and dark matches

he is basically being "blacklisted" for fukking up plans and beating down tim tszyu so he is high risk low reward now...josh kelly is next in the rankings so that might be the fight for him
